We will accept returns for unused and unopened Urns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund , exchange or store credit , provided the urn is in it s original packaging and returned undamaged . Returns for refund will be charged a 10% restocking charge . To initiate a return contact us at djhoule95@gmail.com with your invoice number and model number of the cremation urn and reason of return . You are responsible for return shipping costs Unless the item is defective . Once received, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method .
